4. Marketplace Terms

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings
• SpaqEnergy charges a transparent 10% commission on completed sales
• All transactions are subject to our payment processing terms
• Buyer protection applies to all qualifying purchases

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SpaqEnergy, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of SpaqEnergy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpaqEnergy acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be directed to our support team.
